Rapidly scaling Enterprise Software/Process Automation software firm looking to add an experienced Director, Sales Enablement to their Sales operations team.
The Sales Enablement Director will be responsible for developing, coordinating, owning & executing the Sales Enablement plan globally (US & EMEA), supporting their Sales Leaders and Sales & Marketing teams. Looking for a high energy, creative person to develop their talented sales community!
Specific responsibilities will include:
– Implementing the design/development and delivery (inc training) of effective sales playbooks by Field Sales roles
– Delivering a sales training & development program for leadership teams & managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively
– Rolling out of a comprehensive on-boarding program
– Continuously develop & adapt all training & development of curriculums & courses
Looking for strong, demonstrable sales enablement/sales training experience ideally within a global high tech B2B organization (inc proficiency with enterprise sales methodologies, leadership development, value selling, sales coaching and sales skills development. Background of B2B enterprise sales experience would be a huge plus.
