Our client is looking to hire an ambitious Software Sales Manager to build on continuing success & growth throughout EMEA. This is a critical hire for the firm, requiring a proven & successful Sales Manager with a solid track record in hitting/over-achieving sales targets coupled with experience of managing/mentoring/leading Sales professionals.
The remit will be to help the UK-based Sales team further establish & grow revenue/footprint across the UK&I. This will involve not only mentoring/leading the current team but also hire further Sales superstars to ensure the company keeps up with it’s ambitious growth plans! Further, the successful candidate will also have direct input and influence in developing both a career development & training programme for all levels of experience within the UK Sales function.
This will suit someone coming from an Enterprise Software sales background (eg Business Intelligence / ERP / Process Automation / Data Integration etc). Commission based on team/division performance, and working closely with both an experienced VP, Sales and EMEA Sales Director.
